PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) announces a prominent addition to its antitrust practice: Starting January 1, 2021, the well-known expert for antitrust law, Susanne Zuehlke, will join the firm as a partner at the Berlin office in order to lead and realign the antitrust practice.
The 48-year-old lawyer will join from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she has been a partner in the firm’s antitrust group in Brussels and Frankfurt since 2015. Prior to this, she was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in Brussels. With more than 20 years of experience in global merger control for complex transactions and cartel investigations, the well-known antitrust lawyer advises international industrial clients as well as private equity investors on all types of antitrust matters. She also brings to the table a comprehensive understanding of legal tech solutions and their application to ensure antitrust compliance. Susanne Zuehlke is recognized in all major rankings, including JUVE, GCR Global Thought Leaders, Legal 500, Chambers Global and Best Lawyers. She was twice included in Global Competition Review’s list identifying the top 40 global competition lawyers under the age 40.
