A team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) provided comprehensive legal advice to nilo.health GmbH on a 8 million U. S. Dollar seed financing round led by Speedinvest. In addition, PROfounders Capital, Vorwerk Ventures and pre-seed investor Atlantic Labs, as well as well-known business angels including Hanno Renner, Jonas Rieke, Oliver Manojlovic and Michael Wax participated in this equity investment.
nilo.health is a Berlin and Munich-based mental health platform for the workplace. Founded in 2019, the company’s aim is to make high quality mental health support easily accessible for everyone, enabling employers to conveniently and effectively offer mental health services as a company benefit.
