PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has provided comprehensive legal advice to LeanIX GmbH in the course of the Series-D-financing round of 80m USD led by new investor Goldman Sachs Growth. Other investors are Insight Venture Partners and DTCP who, along with Capnamic Ventures and Iris Capital, have already participated in earlier financing rounds. The Bonn based start-up will use the investment to continue its successful international growth and to further develop its complementary solutions for cloud governance.
LeanIX GmbH was founded in 2012 by André Christ and offers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based applications in the fields of Enterprise Architecture (EA) and cloud governance to reduce complexity in IT application landscapes in companies and thus to accelerate their digital transformation. LeanIX GmbH now has 230 employees worldwide and works together with 300 international customers including well-known brands such as Adidas, Atlassian, Dropbox, DHL, Merck, Volkswagen, Vodafone and Zalando.
