PwC Legal advises FRIMO Group on refinancing worth 80 million euro
Hamburg/Berlin, March 12th 2018
PwC Legal acted as legal counsel to the FRIMO Group in Lotte (Westphalia) on a revolving credit facility with a bank syndicate in the amount of 80 million euro for refinancing purposes. The bank syndicate was arranged by Commerzbank, which together with DZ Bank, HSBC and LBBW acted as lender.
The FRIMO Group, with locations in Europe, America and Asia, is an international manufacturer of tools and systems solutions which are, inter alia, used in the production of high-quality plastic components. In 2017, the corporate group earned a turnover of approximately 240 million euro. Their customers include renowned car manufacturers and their suppliers, especially from the premium segment. FRIMO created 350 new positions from late 2014 to late 2017 and currently has more than 1,500 employees.
