PwC advises Ardex on the majority acquisition of wedi Group

A multidisciplinary team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) has provided comprehensive advice to Ardex Group with respect to the share purchase agreement (SPA) and the legal, financial and tax due diligence for the acquisition of wedi Group which is the largest acquisition in the history of Ardex. With the acquisition of wedi Group, which is the market leader for waterproof shower and construction systems in Europe and North America, the Ardex Group is expanding its systems expertise.

wedi Group, headquartered in Emsdetten, is a leading manufacturer of innovative system solutions for the individual design of bathrooms and wet rooms and for renovation or new construction.
