Tobias Engelmann is an expert in company succession and private assets succession. With more than 18 years of experience as a lawyer and 15 as a tax consultant, he has advised numerous owner-managed companies and families on tax-optimised structures for their succession processes with a view to inheritance law and corporate law as well as with regard to questions of inheritance tax law and gift tax law so as to prevent or resolve conflicts (e.g. claims to compulsory shares). His expertise is complemented by the training he has completed as a specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for inheritance law.
