Juliane Höhn has been providing advice on compliance in relation to procurement and antitrust law for many years. She focuses on providing advice to contracting entities within the public sector regarding the strategic and conceptual planning of complex acquisition projects, especially at the federal and state level as well as subordinate authorities and entities in which the German Federal Government holds a participation. In particular, she provides advice on the preparation of comprehensive tender and contractual documents. Furthermore, she advises bidding companies on complex award procedures and assists clients in the areas of antitrust law and public business law. She also represents clients in contentious proceedings.
