PwC Legal advises reBuy on round of financing of approximately €21 million

Nuremberg, March 8th 2018

PwC Legal gave comprehensive legal advice to reBuy reCommerce GmbH on a financing round. In the context of the capital increase, the company raised approximately €21 million. Involved investors were the Swiss holding company Evoco AG, the company’s own management, and the British investment funds of Headway Capital Partners and Keyhaven Capital Partners. The company plans on continuing its internationalisation and on strengthening its own brand in 2018.

reBuy reCommerce GmbH operates an online shop for the purchase and sale of pre- owned products. With more than four million customers, the reCommerce company, established in Berlin in 2009, is the European market leader in the field of pre-owned electronics.
