Jan Philipp Otter specialises in EU state aid law and German subsidy and grant law. He advises private companies as well as public sector entities and their companies. He represents clients before the courts as well as in proceedings held by the European Commission and the German authorities. He has experience in a wide range of industries, including the automotive, semiconductor, aviation and renewable energy sectors as well as infrastructure and SGEI. He and his team apply a multidisciplinary advisory approach that combines legal, commercial and – where required – technical aspects in a holistic manner.
