Ismael Ott specialises in defending companies and natural persons as well as preventive consulting (including on voluntary declarations), legal support with tax proceedings and compliance advice. During his 17 years of working as a lawyer, he has provided assistance in a large number of criminal and (corporate) fine proceedings, voluntary declarations pursuant to the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung – AO) and Foreign Trade and Payments Act (Außenwirtschaftsgesetz – AWG), tax proceedings and CMS implementations.
